Summary
The personal-brand root felt long. The live index was a masonry gallery and a résumé Projects list, with no search, and the side-project gallery stayed signed-in.
What I tried
The first bet was a shorter name, with product hosts under it. That would not have given search or one Project record. The work moved to the root already owned.
Result
The finder shipped on www on 2026-08-26: search, kind, tech, one Project record. Apps stayed on their hosts. A short domain was not bought. The card grid remains as the snapshot at /v4.
Lesson
The bottleneck was finding, not the length of the name. Ship the finder on the root you already own. The signed-in gallery is not the public launcher.
