What it is

A single-column coming-soon page with email validation, built from a supplied design. "We are launching soon!", "Subscribe and get notified", and "Notify Me" are the challenge stock lines. Not the Pings notifications study.

Why it exists

I built this launch-page demo during my post-bootcamp job search as deployed work for Breakthrough Development. It gave me a focused layout and email-validation reference.

How it works

The responsive page checks empty and malformed email in the browser. Valid submission stays local; it does not create a subscription or send a notification.

Story

A launch page I could actually open.

The design announced an upcoming launch. My immediate goal was to get the design out of the file and into a browser someone could use.

I built it in React with TypeScript, wanting practice that left me with implemented interfaces I could revisit, and potentially tailor later.

Ping coming soon concentrated that work on a responsive page and one email field. I implemented the empty and invalid-email messages so the page could respond when someone tried the form. The upcoming product and its launch copy belong to the challenge.

The result is a deployed launch page that answers back: it tells you when you forgot the email, and when the address isn't valid.
