Minimalist portfolio repository (opens in a new tab)
What it is
A minimalist portfolio built from a supplied design: homepage, portfolio index, project pages, and a contact page.
Why it exists
I built this portfolio during my post-bootcamp job search as deployed work for Breakthrough Development. It gave me practice carrying a design across several linked pages.
How it works
Visitors can move between the homepage, portfolio index, project pages and contact page. The form validates input and shows a thank-you, but nothing is sent.
Story
The design had to survive the next page.
A homepage was only the beginning of this brief. Someone also had to reach the portfolio index, open a project and find the contact page. The implementation had to carry the design through that movement.
This one gave me a broader reference than a single screen: a portfolio someone could navigate.
I built it in React with TypeScript: a homepage, an index, project pages and a contact page, with responsive layouts and hover states. The contact form validates the input before it tries to send it.
The concrete result is the deployed multi-page implementation. I want these builds to remain useful as references I can evaluate and tailor later. For this one, the reusable work is how the pages and their navigation fit together.
